The package must be redeemed within the specified timeframe:

• 4 treatment package must be used within 6 months of purchase.
• 5 treatment package must be used within 8 months of purchase.

The package can be shared between members of your household, but there must be one responsible person designated for booking and communication.

Appointments for massages must be booked in advance.

Booking can be done through contact@melobodharmony.com.

Appointments are subject to availability.

The package is non-transferable to individuals outside of the household.

Massages included in the package cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

In the event of relocation outside our service areas, the remaining treatments can be transferred to a friend within our service areas free of charge.

Any unused massages after the expiration date will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.

Melo Body Harmony reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or informing customers through other communication channels.

Our massage therapists are trained professionals, but clients should communicate any medical conditions or concerns before the massage session.
