Friend Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions
| Point | Description |

| 1. | Eligibility: All current massage clients of Melo Body Harmony are eligible to participate in the friend referral scheme. |
| 2. | Referral Process: To refer a friend, simply recommend Melo Body Harmony to them. When your friend books and completes their initial treatment appointment, they must mention your name as the referrer. |
| 3. | Reward for the Friend: Upon successful referral, the friend who receives the treatment will receive a £10 discount off their initial treatment. |
| 4. | Reward for the Referrer: Once your referred friend has completed their appointment, you, the referrer, will receive a £10 credit towards your next treatment at Melo Body Harmony. |
| 5. | Usage of Credit: The £10 credit can be applied towards your next massage treatment or package at Melo Body Harmony. |
| 6. | No Limit on Referral Credits: There is no limit to the number of referral credits you can earn. You will receive a £10 credit for each successful referral who completes their appointment. |
| 7. | Exclusions: Referral credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, including but not limited to the June and July introductory 40% off discount. |
| 8. | Transferability: Referral credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. |
| 9. | Notification: Referral credits will be applied automatically to your account once your referred friend has completed their appointment. You will be notified via email or SMS. |
| 10. | Expiration: Referral credits do not expire and will be automatically applied towards your next treatment at Melo Body Harmony. |
| 11. | Modification or Termination: Melo Body Harmony reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice. |
| 12. | Compliance: Participation in the friend referral scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. |
